This page provides links to our various Solar Electric System Kits, as well as descriptions of the type of kits we provide. Solar Electric Kits - These are our classic solar kits that we've been selling for years. They range from a simple Kit #1 which powers a small cabin, to Kit #7, which can power a large conventional home. Generator/Inverter/Charger Kits - These kits are intended for places that receive no solar exposure or for people who would like first efficiently utilize their generator before converting to PV. Grid-Tie Solar Electric Kits - Grid-Tie solar kits are an efficient way to use solar power if you are connected to the electric grid (utility power). The kits provide the necessary equipment to effectively set up a grid-tie system (with the help of your power company). Backup Power Systems for the Conventional Home - These combinations have been put together because of the increasing interest of people with conventional homes (and therefore utility power) in alternative power systems for powering their homes when the grid goes down.
