These DC linear power supplies are small DC to DC converters with adjustable outputs which operate on 12 or 24 volts DC. They are usually used to power 12 volt devices from a 24 volt battery bank. They can also be used to power a lap top computer because the output voltage can be adjusted to match the computers supply voltage.

While reducing the battery voltage to a pre-set level, the DC to DC power supply holds that pre-set voltage steady, despite any fluctuations in the input voltage. They also have the side benefit of removing any interference present on the DC power.

The 2 amp unit fits into a standard wall box. The 7.5 amp unit fits into a dual-ganged wall box. They both have cigarette lighter sockets for DC output. Output voltage must be adjusted using a small screwdriver and a digital voltmeter. The 24 volt units are factory set for 12 volt output. They are 88% efficient. Either unit draws about 12 mA without a load.

Linear Power Supply/Voltage Doubler

This device is ideal for powering cell phones or other devices which require the 13.4 volts or so that an automobile usually supplies. It will provide a constant 13.4V output over an 8 to 16 volt input range. Voltage continuously adjustable between 5V and 24V from a 12V battery input for other applications, such as 6V,7.5V, 9.6V or 14.4V, to mention just a few standards. Maximum current is 2.5 amps.

Solar NiCad Battery Charger

We prefer this unit to the 12V charger. It uses the sun. Its simple and foolproof. It will charge 2 C or D cell batteries in two days of sun or 2 AA cells in one day. Just set the whole charger outside or on a window sill.

12V NiCad Charger

This NiCad battery charger is powered by 12V instead of 120V. The 120V battery chargers normally do not work well on an inverter. You can charge AA, C, D, or 9 volt batteries.

12 Volt Motor Speed Control

You can precisely regulate the speed of a fan, heater motor, pump or other motorized appliance using this control. Range is adjustable from completely off to full on. 97% efficient. Comes in 5, 8 or11 amp versions. Mounts in a standard wiring box.
