If a Trace inverter is in your future or if you're thinking about adding PV
modules to a generator charger kit, consider buying a prewired charge controller kit based on Trace components. It will save time, money and aggravation in the future. The kit is designed to bolt to a Trace inverter and includes an inverter disconnect as well as an array disconnect. This kit forms the heart of out Solar
Electric Home Kits Nos. 3 to 7. Each kit includes a C40,
DVM/C40, 60A array disconnect, a DR or SW series conduit box, a DC175 or DC250 inverter disconnect and a DCBB grounding block. It also includes cables from the disconnect to the inverter (but not to the battery bank). It is shipped prewired with all the electrical hardware required to fasten the pieces together and bolt to a Trace
inverter. The kits can be assembled with either a C60 or C35with the appropriate price differences.
