SunWize Solar Modules
In order to meet the needs of a large and diverse number of users we sell modules from several different manufacturers.
Both BP Solar and Shell Solar have completed the re-organization of their respective solar module lines. The modules you see on the next few pages should be available for a good while.
All the major manufacturer's modules we carry feature similar, very high quality, manufacturing techniques:
SunWize solar modules
are manufactured using single crystal cells. Their SW module line has a 20 year,
80% power output warranty.
Due to the increased world-wide demand for solar modules, the ones we receive for sale from SunWize, Mitusbishi and Sharp are manufactured in many different countries, not only the USA.

Availability
Solar Modules, especially large ones (over 115 watts), have become increasingly hard to obtain in the last 18 months. We expect this problem to continue until indefinitely.. This supply problem has caused the price of solar modules to increase about once a quarter for the last year. We expect price increases to continues for the next year as well. Therefore, please be aware that the prices listed in this catalog can (and most likely) will change (increase) at any time. It has caused us great inconvenience and we apologize ahead of time for the problem this may cause you.
SunWize Solar Modules
Note: All the SW Series Modules are NOT
available all the time. Please call for availability and for any price
increases.
SunWize SW Series modules deliver top quality performance for all photovoltaic applications, including rural electrification, water pumping, and general battery charging. Ideal for AC and DC installations, SunWize SW Series modules can be used in single module and multiple-module systems. Each module consists of 36 solar cells
They feature the following industry standard construction:
l Single crystalline solar cells
are encapsulated and bonded to the glass in multiple layers of ethylene vinyl
acetate (EVA) and laminated with a white Tedlar TM backing insuring long life in
severe environmental conditions.
l The glass
surface (tempered low iron) is impact resistant and allows maximum light
transmission
l A weather resistant junction box
accommodates all wiring methods including moisture-tight strain relief
connectors and electrical conduit.
l Anodized aluminum
tubular frames add strength and durability to the modules
l Bypass diodes
within the wiring box insure reliable operation.
SunWise also manufactures a
line of small solar modules for generator batteries and other small needs. They
feature the same design and specifications as the larger line.
